I had a few chocolates in the most unexpected places and it was in Kenya and Angola. I knew it can be hot and cool in Kenya because of Mount Kenya. Angola is exceptionnal because of the Atlantic Ocean. Weather depends on human beings but also on the landscape.Chocolate is from Mexico and from the Maya culture and civilization.

Spring is the season for the raincoat, rubber boots and umbrella. There are spring countries. Spring is a season to be cautious. It is a gift to have rain especially, moderate rain.We all remember the song rain, rain go away little...wants to play we sang to stop the heavy rains.

It Is Good to Have a Recipe

We have some recipes from home which come from our grandmother and mothers. That is how we entertain family, friends and coworkers. Some recipe work well and you are remembered for them. I used to make pineapple pies, quarter pounds and coconut pies that many friends from all around the world came to taste. In fact, I had a recipe book for who does not know how to cook. In Africa, it is most of the time the mother who is in the kitchen. I am happy my mother invited me several times in the kitchen. Happy eating.

March 8 is the International Day of Women. Therefore, we have to pay attention to women. The family is important and, women play an important part to maintain, support and stabilize a family.

We Have to End Famine

Drought can cause famine. There are crops which can cause drought for example nuts and we have to monitor plantations which grow nuts for the land can also get over used. Therefore, it is best to not grow nuts excessively in one place but, mix them with other plants. Nuts are snacks, they are transformed into oil and, used in cosmetics. Nuts are like milk, rice and oranges because they are good for the derm.
