Privacy and Public Interest: A Transition from Kingdom to Republic

The French Revolution is a model of transition from Kingdom to Republic. That is how it also happened in Burundi. The transitions do not happen without problems. They happen when something has gone wrong with the royals. Therefore, there are moments of violence and there is a need to seat down and agree on the protection of public interest and the respect of privacy.
