It is much more easier, to write on contemporary history. Therefore, it is easier to know, who are the leaders, since the sixties, when most of the countries in Africa became independent. There are leaders who want to follow ethics, for instance encourage the practice of a faith. There are other leaders who prefer, to protest or demonstrate. That is how, there were regional, urban and rural conflicts.
