Experts are usually international staff who are very well paid. An expert is a genius who has a talent. Sometimes, the expert can train local staff. Experts are for example engineers, computer programmers or professors for example. Therefore, all the countries must open their doors, to experts who can find a solution, to problems which affect the world not only locally, but also internationally.
