Floods move out populations, from where they live because of heavy rains and the flooding of rivers and lakes. There are also ethnic conflicts which cause an exodus of populations. There are also populations which are deceived and want to return back to their Native country. So, it is important to know that the jobs are filled and that there will not be any disruption in services. Therefore, it looks like the effect of Climate Change has had some consequences in Russia.
