Winter is a season to warm. Therefore, priority should be given to energy resources like hydro, eletricity and of course coal wish is at the origine of the steam engine. Coal comes from trees. Therefore, it is good to encourage reforestation. The countries of forestry are for example, Luxembourg, Germany and Canada. We have to remember, the coal miners who from generation to generation work hard to make a living, who are marked by the hard labour, they need medical attention for their health like the victims of Chernobyl, because work related accidents do exist.
