There are people who wear black color, in Winter because they feel cold and wear white colours in Summer because they feel hot. There are also colors for mourning, white or black, depending on the religion. There are also colors which represent a country for example Russia is white, France is blue, Corsican is black and red for the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. It is a time of extreme weather, there can be bad behaviors and therefore, the local populations needs more assistance.
