On the battle field, when a soldier is wounded the soldiers have to pause on both sides to evacuate the wounded soldier. Therefore, vulnerable populations need assistance in hard times for example, those who are sight impaired. It is not good to treat the vulnerable populations as mad. It can happen to anyone to become disable, it is due to many factors.
