I probably had a scholarship to study commerce in Belgium in the late seventies, but did not go. I was fourteen years old. There is always a problem with favoritism, therefore, it is hard to forget, if you had a problem and someone tries to resolve it for you. Industrialized countries face more problems to integrate other populations and the gap is still wide. Therefore, it is best to resolve a problem and then settle. By the way, I find the movie Metropolis, by Fritz Lang very sad.
