The Advent of Scandinavian Cooperation

The beginning of the nineties marks the advent of Swedish cooperation. In Southern Africa, the great lakes countries and its fisheries and fruit trees are more important than ever. The apples of Sweden and pears of Norway need to be supplemented by mangoes and oranges.
