Egypt or Lebanon Multilingual Countries
Arabic, French and English are the languages of Egypt and Lebanon except that Egypt has a Greek and Italian influence. Therefore Egypt is a key country in the Mediterranean region. Italy and Greece have an important production in agriculture, livestock and fisheries and they are tourism destinations as well as Egypt.
