Local languages are for example indigenous languages and international languages are for example standard languages. There are indigenous languages like Quechua and Aymara which belong to the Inca civilization and there are standard languages like Arabic from Egypt for example. It is the International Year of Indigenous Languages, so we can learn one to mark the year.
