Livestock is part of agriculture. Milk comes from cows and goats. You can also make cheese and butter from milk. Cheese cake is a must in desserts. There are places where livestock is important like in the United States, Tanzania and Paraguay. Professions that belong to livestock are for example herdsman, milkman and cowboy.
