Production is high in the Gulf of Mexico. The countries of the Gulf of Mexico are the United States, Canada, Mexico and Cuba. The soils of these last countries are very productive. Wheat, potatoes, avocados and sugar cane are the produce that are more available and that we like the most. Pancakes, baked potatoes and rum cake are some of the preferred recipes.
