Leaves are light in fall. There is more wind in fall. Fruits are ready to be picked up. It is the season to harvest apples and grapes for example. Apples and grapes, as well as strawberries grow in cool areas. Fall is a unique season in North America with the celebrations of Thanksgiving Day, Columbus Day and Halloween.
