It is nice to smell the fresh garden vegetables like green onions, celery and cilantro. Nice flavors open your minds and keep you going. Spring is the season for vegetables that give us more strength like the salads. Cabbage is also a good vegetable to have. One of the salads I like is Garden Salad that is a staple in Provence.

One of the famous fish of Lake Ontario is the red fish that you can see at the Royal Ontario Museum. Red is the color of blood. Red fruits are the best ones for the eyes like fish and eggs. Boating is also a sports. You can also travel by boat to the United States of America. Lakes contribute to a good climate because water can evaporate and create rain. After the rain there is sunshine. Rain is important to grow crops. There are also fruit trees in Ontario province like apple trees. Apples are good in our diet, they are fruits, they contain vitamin C and they are available all year round. From apples, you can make apple cider, apple sauce and apple juice. There are many apple based recipes like the apple pie and the apple strudel. Living by the Lake Ontario is also healthy. There is fresh air from the lake. You can walk along the lake. They hydro system is good along the lake, therefore, there are more opportunities to find work. For the artists, the Lake Ontario is a very good inspiration. Most artists like to draw seascapes. You can also sun bath on the lake. Vitamin D is one of the required vitamins for the sunshine but sometimes the sunshine cannot replace Vitamin D. Environment, climate and health promotion are what make Toronto an outstanding city to live in. Toronto is not far from Ottawa, Washington D.C and New York City. If you can do better, then Toronto is your city.
