Culinary art unites populations. Today is the Berber New Year and it is an ethnic community that lives in North Africa for example in Algeria, Libya, Tunisia and Egypt. Berber are experts in making couscous and this last dish is made of wheat and the ingredients that accompany it are turnip, carrot, potatoes. cheek peas and meat or chicken you can also add raisins to the couscous.
