Another Holiday Season

Christmas Time is a holiday season like Summer. Businesses work slower and there are more sales. There are provinces where populations like to move in, the Summer and others, in the Winter. It is hard to know which time is best to move. For sure, there is not too much rain, in the Summer and, in the Winter. There are countries which used to be holiday destinations, but are unaffordable. Fortunately, Oran which used to be part of Morocco is now part of Algeria which is more accessible and available for multilateral cooperation.
