Kayanza Ngozi, the Alsace Lorraine of Burundi

Alsace Lorraine in France used to belong to Germany and Kayanza and Ngozi in Burundi to Rwanda. Therefore the populations from the mentioned regions are distinct populations, because they can sound Rwandese and German. The populations from Kayanza Ngozi and Alsace Lorraine have done a great effort to integrate where they live, but there are still problems due to exclusions.
