The Right Not To Talk

There are countries in the world, where the populations does not like to talk, especially because of conflicts. It is important to give the populations, the right not to talk. It is because, there are families which need to protect themselves and to protect their heritage and traditions. It is a pity, to see people, who force you to talk or who play tricks on you, thinking they know how to talk, but in fact, you have to avoid more conflicts.
