From the seventies until the nineties there was an important boom, families had more children. Therefore, there were many wars. There is an attempt to find solutions. Yougoslavia is now divided in many states which got their independences because of oil production. So, the second language of Yugoslavia can be Russian and then English or French as a third language or Arabic.
