Oscar Bauman is an Austrian hydrologist who lived on the shores of Lake Tanganyika where he built a castle with the French sociologist Marcel Mauss and named it Chateau Mauss in a place called Resha on the way to Minago a pilot project financed by Luxembourg to build villages with all the equipments.
