A wave of migration created a multicultural society. Populations mixed because of migration and there are Indigenous populations that have many origines from Chinese, African to Dutch for example. New York City is a multicultural city for example and it used to be called New Amsterdam. It shows the importance to adapt to a culture for example to the American culture.
