A Transition to Democracy

Most African countries became independent in the sixties. The central African republics are still transiting to democracy. The two Congos are separate by linguistic hemispheres one is French and the other is Belgian. Ruanda-Urundi became two different countries in the sixties like before. The countries mentioned need to reaffirm their respective sovereignity.
