Lake Rwihinda And The Concept of Voluntarism

Rwanda and Burundi used to be one country under the name Ruanda-Urundi. Lake Rwihinda is on of the Lakes of Birds. It literary means to go away or, to leave on a voluntary basis. Therefore, the birds can stay there, as long as they want. But, the birds are needed, in Europe for example, to announce Spring.
