The Concept of Foreigner

Albert Camus, Nobel literature winner wrote a book on the foreigner. There are cultures, we have to be cautious on how, the foreigner is treated. Usually, the foreigner comes with a culture and he has to get a time, to adjust to the new culture. The foreigner can be a man or, a woman for example, looking to rent somewhere.
